1 can (16 oz.) green beans
1 can (16 oz.) corn
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup sour cream
1 can (10 oz.) cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup cheese, shredded
Salt and pepper to taste
1 stick butter or margarine, melted
1 pkg. (or 1 stack) Ritz Crackers, finely crushed

Directions:

Mix together first 7 ingredients. Mix melted butter and crackers together. Spread cracker and butter mixture on top of vegetables. Bake at 350 for 45 min.
