5 or 6 cooked and diced chicken breasts
2 cans Cream of Chicken
2 cans Cream of Mushroom
1 can Cream of Celery
8 oz. sour cream
poppy seeds (spice)
1 roll Ritz crackers
1 stick butter
cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together chicken, cream of mushroom, cream of chicken, cream of celery, and sour cream and place in 9x12" dish (sprayed with no stick cooking spray). Sprinkle top with Poppy Seeds (Spice). Crush one roll of Ritz Crackers and sprinkle on top of mixture. Melt one stick of butter and drizzle over crackers.
Bake at 350 for 45 min. Serve on top of cooked rice.
