1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick of butter
3 eggs
1 box powdered sugar
1 c. nuts
1 8oz. package cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake mix, one egg, one stick melted margarine, and press into 13 x 9" pan.

Cream together cream cheese, sugar and 2 eggs and pat on top.

Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
