3 cooked chicken breasts cut into piece
1 48 ounce jar of Great Northern Beans
1 16 ounce jar of medium salsa (can use mild or hot depending on taste preference)
1 tablespoon of chili powder
1 pinch of dried chili peppers (optional)
12 ounces of shredded Monterey Jack cheese
8-10 strips of bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, except for bacon, in a crock pot with 3 cups of water and cook on low for 8 12 hours.

And at the very end, sautee about 8-10 strips of bacon and chop it up and put it in the chili.

If you don't have time to let it sit in crock pot, use a large pot. If too watery, bring to a boil at the end so some of the water can evaporate.
