1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 3-1/2 ounce package sliced pepperoni
1 15 ounce jar spaghetti sauce
1/2 cup each of 3 different pastas (rigatoni,
macaroni, rotini, etc), cooked, drained,
tossed together
1 8 ounce carton creamed cottage cheese
1 10 ounce package mozzarella cheese, grated

Directions:

Cook ground beef, onion and green pepper until beef is no longer pink and onion is translucent. Add pepperoni just long enough to heat thoroughly. Drain mixture and add spaghetti sauce. Simmer about 5 minutes. Pour half the cooked pasta into a lightly greased 3 quart baking casserole. Spoon on half of meat-sauce mixture. Spoon all the cottage cheese over sauce. Sprinkle half the mozzarella cheese over. Repeat layers, omitting cottage cheese and ending with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
