3 c. water
4 c. chicken broth
1 lb. chicken breast, cooked, cubed
2 tsp. chili powder
2 (11 oz) cans corn
2 c. salsa
6 c. broken tortilla chips
1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
Sour cream
Black olives

In large sauce pan combine water, chicken broth, chicken, and chili powder. Bring to a boil, reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Add corn. Simmer, uncovered for 5 minutes. Stir in salsa, heat through.

Top, as desired with tortilla chips, shredded cheese, sour cream, and black olives.
