1 egg, lightly beaten
1-1/3 c. mashed ripe bananas
c. packed brown sugar
3 Tbsp. milk
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 c. Bisquick baking mix
c. mini chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except the Bisquick in a bowl and mix well. Stir in Bisquick until combined. Add chocolate chips and gently stir again. Fill paper-lined muffin cups about 2/3 full.

Bake at 400 degrees about 15-20 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes before serving. Delicious! Yields: 12
