1 (15 oz) can garbanzo beans
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Paprika (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Drain garbanzo beans and save the liquid in a separate bowl. In a mini-blender or food processor, combine garbanzo beans, garlic, cumin, salt, olive oil, and lemon juice. Blend on low speed and add bean liquid until desired consistency is achieved. You can sprinkle some paprika onto the hummus before serving.
