1 large box chicken Rice-a-Roni
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 large can water chestnuts, drained, sliced
1 can mushrooms
2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. mozzarella cheese, grated
2 c. broccoli, fresh or frozen
3 chicken breasts

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare Rice-a-Roni mix as directions indicate on box. Meanwhile, cook chicken on stove until done and cut into bite-size pieces. Also, steam broccoli in sauce pan for 2-3 minutes then strain. In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients together. Pour into a greased 13x9 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
