1 cup 1/2 & 1/2, 1/2 cup Flour, 1/2 lb. Montery Jack Cheese, 1/2 lb. Cheddar Cheese, 2 Eggs, 3 cans whole Green Chillies, 1 8 oz. can Tomato Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Beat 1/2 & 1/2, eggs, and flour, until smooth. Split open Cut open chillies. rinse out seeds and drain on paper towels. Mix grated cheeses. Reserve 1/2 for top. Make alternate layers of remaining cheese, chillies and egg mixture in deep 1 1/2 quart casserole pan, top with cheese. Bake 1 1/4 hours at 350
