1 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. wheat bran
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. oil
1 1/4 c. mashed bananas

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.

Mix flour, wheat bran, brown sugar, baking powder, and baking soda together in one bowl. Mix egg, oil, and bananas together in a separate bowl. Then fold wet mixture into dry mixture and until combined & moist (don't over-mix). Put in greased muffin tins or use cupcake liners in the tin, then bake for about 15 minutes.
