10 oz. penne pasta 6 c. romaine 2 hard boiled eggs, sliced or chopped ½ c. red onion ¼ c. red bell pepper ¼ c. yellow bell pepper 10 oz. fresh parmesan cheese 8 oz. ranch or Caesar dressings 2 Tbsp. fresh snipped parsley (optional) 1 pint grape tomatoes 4-6 grilled chicken breasts seasoned with your favorite seasoning salt (Lawry’s)
This one is great for entertaining. Easily serves a crowd!
