Ingredients:  
1/2 cup minced onion
1 clove or 1/4 tsp of garlic
1/4 cup butter
1 lb of ground beef
2 tbsp of flour
2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 lb fresh mushrooms or 1 small can sliced
mushrooms
1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
2 tbsp minced parsley
hot boiled noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions and garlic in butter over medium heat. Add meat and brown. Add flour, salt, and pepper and mushrooms. Cook 5 minutes. Add soup, simmer uncovered 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream. Heat thoroughly. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve with noodles or rice.
