1 envelope Vegetable Soup Mix
16 oz. sour cream
10 oz. frozen spinach (squeezed dry and chopped)
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and bake in a small casserole dish at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with crackers.
