1 large head lettuce, shredded
2 pounds ground beef
1 tsp salt
2 medium onions, chopped
4 cups corn chips
2 cans (15 oz) beans of choice, drained
2 cups cheese of choice, grated
4 medium tomatoes, cut in wedges
1 cup ripe chopped olives

TOMATO DRESSING
2 cans (8 oz) tomato sauce
1 medium onion, chopped fine
1 medium tomato, cut in small pieces
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp chili powder

Directions:
Directions:
Saute beef and onions in skillet.. Season with salt and pepper. Add drained beans and heat. In a large salad bowl mix lettuce with meat and add dressing. Garnish with tomato wedges, cheese, chips and olives.
