10 C. Chopped ripe tomatoes, 5 C. hot peppers, 2 1/2C. green peppers, 5 C. chopped onions,
1 1/4 C. cider vinegar, 6-8 cloves chopped garlic,
2 tbsp minced cilantro, 3 tsp sea salt

Directions:

Combine all ingredients, bring to a boil then simmer 10 min.
Ladle hot salsa into canning jars, place in boiling water canner for 15 min.
