15 oz. can crushed pineapple
3 oz. package of lemon Jell-O
8 oz. package of thawed Cool Whip
12 oz. package of fine curd cottage cheese
1 cup cheddar cheese, finely grated

Directions:
Directions:
Heat crushed pineapple and stir in Jell-O until well dissolved. Remove from heat and cool until it begins to set or thicken.

Fold in Cool Whip, cottage cheese and cheddar.

Put in mold that has been rubbed with salad oil.

Refrigerate until set.
