1 cut up fryer Chicken, 1/4 cup White Wine, 1 clove Garlic, 1/2 tsp, ground Ginger, 2 T. sugar, 1/2 cup Soy Sauce, 1/4 cup Water

Place chicken in 9 X 13 pan. Mix together the rest of the ingredient. Marinade chicken for 2 hours. Pour off sauce and bake 1 hour at 325
