1 cup Soy Sauce, 2 cloves garlic minced, 2 tsp. sugar, 1 cup Water, 1 cup White Wine, 1/4 tsp. fresh Ginger, 6 Chicken Breasts boneless and skinless,6 Green onions chopped, 6 T. cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Mix up all of sauce ingredients. Marinade chicken in sauce for 1 1/2 hours. Drain juice from chicken,leaving onions with chicken mixture. Mix cornstarch, chicken and onions in bowl until it sticks together. Fry in hot oil until golden brown. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
