Personal Notes:
These are the ham buns that I made for our neighborhood Christmas party. My one neighbor (let's hope she had had a few drinks in her) came up to me and asked if ham buns were a Dutch thing because she was at a Dutch event and they also served ham buns, but they were cold. I said I had thought ham buns were an all American thing. She then proceeds to call her husband over and she says to him, " here try one of these, they are called ham buns." I had no idea that I had brought such a new concept into their lives!
