1 onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 small jar pimento
3/4 c. cornbread mix (or l sm. package of mix)
3/4 stick (or 6 T) margarine
1 (#2) can whole kernel corn
1 (#2) can cream corn
3 beaten eggs
If desired, l small chopped hot pepper












Directions:

Mix together the chopped onion, bell pepper, and hot pepper (if desired). Add whole corn, cream corn and add the beaten eggs together.
Stir in the cornbread mix. Add melted margarine. Pour into a greased casserole dish.
Bake at 375 for 40 to 50 minutes, or until done in the center.
