1 Head Lettuce
1 Head Cauliflower
1 lb. Bacon
1 Sweet Onion
1 Small Can Parmesan Cheese
1/2 c. Sugar
1 c. Mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Clean and tear lettuce and place bottom of large bowl. Clean and break up head of cauliflower and layer that on top of lettuce. Fry bacon and crumble and layer that on top of cauliflower. Slice and layer rings of onion on top of bacon. Sprinkle whole can of Parmesan on top of onion Sprinkle sugar on top of cheese and spread mayonnaise on top. Cover and refrigerate over night. Toss before serving.
