Prime rib, any size
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Bring prime rib to room temperature [about 4 hours]. Salt and pepper. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake prime rib 1 hour, uncovered.Turn oven off. DO NOT OPEN DOOR.
One hour before serving, turn oven to 375 degrees. Bake for 40-50 minutes depending on how rare you want your prime rib.
