3-4 lb. beef roast salt & pepper to taste 1/2 jar horseradish 1 c. chopped celery 1 can beer
Put roast in roasting pan. Season with salt and pepper.Spread horseradish over top. Add celery and pour beer around roast. Bake at 350 for 3 hours.covered. Makes excellent gravy and you can't tell horseradish or beer was used.
