2 lbs frozen hash browns (I use the diced kind)
1/2 cup butter
1 (10 1/2 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 c. diced onion
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Defrost potatoes, melt butter, and mix together all ingredients.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes in a 13x9 baking dish.
