c. + 2 Tbsp. oil
3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
3 Tbsp. sugar
tsp. salt (optional)
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. Tabasco
Shake and store in refrigerator.

Salad:
Green leaf lettuce
Slivered almonds or pecans
Dole mandarin oranges (drained)
Green pepper
Green onions

Directions:
