5 c. torn red-leaf lettuce
5 c. torn iceberg lettuce
3 c. torn romaine lettuce
2 c. mandarin oranges, well-drained
c. green pepper, chopped
1 celery rib, thinly sliced
c. red onion, chopped

Honey-Lime Dressing:
c. canola oil
tsp. ground mustard
tsp. paprika
Dash of pepper
c. honey
tsp. grated lime peel
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. honey roasted cashews

In salad bowl, combine lettuce, oranges, green pepper, celery and onion. In small bowl, combine oil, honey, mustard, lime peel, paprika, salt and pepper. Mix well. Drizzle over salad. Add cashews, toss to coat. Serve immediately.
