c. butter, melted
c. olive oil
10 slices French bread (1 inch thick)
1 pkg (4 oz) crumbled feta cheese
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. minced fresh basil
1 large tomato, seeded & chopped

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, combine butter and oil. Brush both sides of bread. Place on baking sheet. Bake 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned on top.

Combine feta cheese, garlic and basil; sprinkle over toast. Top with tomatoes. Bake 8-10 minutes longer or until heated through. Serve warm.
