2 Duck breasts quartered
1 onion chopped
1 stalk celery chopped
4 tbsp butter
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 tsp season salt
1 tsp hot&spicy mustard
1 tbsp grated orange peel
1/2 cup red or port wine

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter over medium heat; add onion's and celery; saute gently. Add orange juice, season salt, mustard, orange peel and wine. Stir until blended. Remove from heat.

Place duck pieces in crock pot; pour sauce over duck. Cook on low for 8 hours.
