4 large baking potatoes, baked and scooped out
2/3 c. butter
2/3 c. flour
6 c. milk
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp pepper
4 green scallions, chopped
12 slices bacon cooked crisp and crumbled
1 1/4 c. shredded cheddar
1-8oz.sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in large pot. Add flour. Stir until smooth. Cook 1 minute stirring constantly, gradually add 6 c. milk. Cook over medium heat until thick and bubbly. Dump in scooped out potatoes, 1/2 of green onion, 1/2 of bacon, and 1/2 of cheese. Cook until heated through. Add extra milk if desired. Sprinkle remaining ingredients on top. Serve.
