1 bunch fresh broccoli
3/4 c. raisins
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
1/4 c sunflower seed
1/2 c. red onions, chopped
6 slices bacon, cooked until crisp
1/3 c mayonnaise
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. wine vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Separate broccoli into florets and dice stems to yield about 1 quart. Combine with raisins, sunflower kernels, onions, and bacon into large mixing bowl in small bowl. Mix mayonnaise, sugar, and vinegar together until smooth.Add to salad mixture. Stir to coat all pieces. Cover and refrigerate several hours before serving.
