1/4 c. chopped onion 2 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. flour 1 1/2 c. milk 1 c. cooked ham (or more if you want) 1/2 c. cheese cubes 4 oz. noodles cooked
Place cooked noodles in casserole dish. Cook onions in butter until tender. Blend in flour and add milk, stirring continuously until sauce has thickened. Add cheese and ham. Pour over noodles in casserole dish. Mix lightly. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes.
