4 Chicken Breasts sliced thin, 1 cup chopped Onion, 2 cloves Garlic chopped,2 T. Olive Oil, 2 can Chicken Broth, 2 tsp. yellow Curry Powder, 2 cans light coconut milk, 4 cups cooked fettuccine Noodles, Major Grey's Chutney

Heat oil in large fry pan. Add chicken, onions, and garlic. Cook until chicken is no longer pink.About 8 minutes. Add curry powder and chicken broth, cook about 10 minutes on medium heat. While this is cooking heat a pot of boiling salted water and cook pasta until al dente. Drain Noodles. Add the coconut broth to chicken mixture. Stir well. Add the noodles to the chicken, turn to low and let cook about 5 minutes until the noodle absorbs some of the sauce.
