1 cup Oats, 3/4 cups Sugar, 2 cups Flour, 3/4 cup Orange Juice, 2 Eggs, 1/3 cup Oil, 1 T. grated Orange peel, 3/4 cup chopped fresh cranberries, 1/2 cup Pecans, 2 tsp. baking Powder, 1/2 tsp. baking Soda, 1/2 tsp. Salt
Put all ingredients except the nuts and the cranberries in a bowl. Mix with a mixer until all incorporated. Stir in nuts and berries. Bake in a load pan at 350º for 45 minutes or until it springs back in the center.
