2 cups Shrimp, 1/2 cup white shoepeg Corn, 1 diced Tomato, 1/2 cup each of yellow, red peppers,1/4 cup Green Onion, 1Avocado cubed, 2 radishes sliced, 1/4 cup fresh peas, 1/4 cup Olive Oil, 3 T. Lemon Juice, Salt and Pepper

Mix up dressing of olive oil, lemon juice, salt, & pepper. Set aside. In nice salad bowl put in all vegetables and shrimp. Pour dressing over top. Chill before serving.
