1 cup Raisins, 4 cups raw Broccoli -sliced, 1 cup sliced mushrooms, 1/2 cup thinly sliced Red Onion, 6 slices Bacon(cooked & crumbled), Dressing: 1 Egg Yolk, 1 Egg whole, 1/2 cup Sugar, 1/2 tsp. dry Mustard, 1 1/2 tsp. Cornstarch, 1/4 cup white Vinegar, 2 T. Butter, 1/2 cup Mayonnaise,

Directions:
whisk together egg, egg yolk, sugar, mustard, and cornstarch. In saucepan add water, vinegar, and bring to a boil. Add egg mixture. Cook 1 minute or until thick. Remove from heat add butter and mayonnaise. Chill 1 hour. Add to Salad ingredients. Stir well
