4 c. peeled and cubed potatoes
2 stalks celery, sliced
1 c. chopped onion
3 cans chicken broth
1 c. chopped ham
1 tbsp. dried parsley
3 tbsp. instant potato flakes
1 can condensed milk
For topping:

Crisp bacon
chopped green onions
shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a large Dutch oven pan; boil together the potatoes, celery, onions, ham, and parsley. When vegetables are tender, add all other ingredients. (Do not boil after adding the condensed milk.)
Dip into soup bowls and top with the bacon, onion, and cheddar cheese.
