1/2 cup olive oil
minced garlic
dry mustard
soy sauce
horseradish
onion flakes
rock salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together to form a paste, cover prime rib with paste and then with rock salt.

Seal in plastic and marinate for 12 to 24 hours.

Cook as directed.
