1/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise
1/4 cup reduced-fat sour cream
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 green onions, finely chopped
2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
2 teaspoons of capers

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl with a fork or whisk until light and fluffy. If you want the full fat version, go for it but it's not worth the extra calories as this is just as good.

Serve with any beef on the side. It's darn good! Do not use creamy horseradish..it needs the texture of the coarse type.
