1 lb of lean ground beef

1 egg beaten
1/4 tsp garlic granules
1/4 cup oil
18 oz can Chunky Vegetable Soup
or your favorite fresh vegetables
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl combine, beef, diced onion, egg, salt, pepper, and garlic to taste. Mix with hands or fork but do not over mix. With hands moistened in warm water form 4 oblong patties and set aside. Lightly oil 10 or 12 inch skillet over medium high heat. Add patties brown 4 minutes on each side. Remove excess oil from pan. Lower heat to medium and add soup or favorite vegetables. If you use vegetables you need to add water or tomato sauce to nearly cover patties. Cover the pan and cook for 8 minutes or until vegetables are done to your liking.

Personal Notes:
This was a quick lunch while traveling in our motorhome. We stopped at a rest stop or just a wide spot off the road and had lunch.
