4 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. feta
3 eggs
1/4 c. chopped sundried tomatoes
1/3 c. toasted pine nuts
6 scallions, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 - 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
30 phyllo cups

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese, feta cheese and eggs together. Add the other ingredients and spoon into phyllo cups. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes or until they feel firm.
