2 cups flour
cup granulated sugar
3 tsp baking powder
tsp salt
mini chocolate chips
1 egg well beaten
cup milk
1/3 cup canola oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400

Grease bottoms only or line 12 muffin cups.

Measure flour by spooning lightly into measuring cup
Level flour with a knife and put flour into medium bowl
Add sugar, baking powder, salt and choc chips
Combine egg milk and oil and pour into dry ingredients
Mix only until moistened
Spoon into muffin cups until 2/3rds full

In small bowl combine 3 tbsp granulated and brown sugars
Spoon mixture equally on each muffin

Bake for 20 25 minutes on middle rack
