1 can Bing cherries (#2 can)
2 tsp sugar
2 strips orange peel
1 strip lemon peel
3/4 tsp arrowroot dissolved in water
1/2 c brandy
vanilla ice cream

Directions:
Directions:
Drain cherries and reserve. Heat juice with sugar and peels. Return cherries and heat through. Thicken with arrowroot.
Heat 1/2 c brandy. At the table, ignite brandy and pour over cherry mixture. Spoon over vanilla ice cream.
