1/2 c shortening
1/2 c brown sugar
1/2 c white sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
1-1/2 c flour
1/2 c gooey peanut butter
1 tsp baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Beat shortning and sugar until fluffy. Add remaining ingredients. Roll in balls and dip in sugar. Press with fork in cross hatch pattern. Bake at 350 10-12 min.
