Ingredients:
1/2 to 1 c. water
Clean whole chicken
Aluminum Foil

Directions:
Directions:
Put water in bottom of crock pot. Wad up enough aluminum foil loosely for the whole chicken to rest on. Season chicken as desired. Cook on low heat overnight or 8 hours. As the chicken cooks, the grease runs into the loose foil and drains to the bottom of the pot. This provides a moist, but not greasy, chicken. Serve with any preferred side dishes.
