Ingredients:  
1/2 c butter or margarine
1/2 brown sugar
1/2 white sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
1-1/2 c flour
1/2 c gooey peanut butter (such as Jiff)
1 tsp baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Beat shortening and sugar until fluffy. Add remaining ingredients. Roll in balls. Dip fork in sugar and press. Bake 350 10-12 minutes.
