Step One; One box of brownie mix

Step Two; In food processor, mix together;
2 c. powdered sugar
1 stick softened butter
1 tsp. peppermint extract
2 tbsp. green creme De menthe
2 tbsp. milk

Step three; 1 stick of butter & 2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Step One; Prepare brownie mix according to package in a 13 X 9 pan, cool

Step Two: let set for 5 minutes in processor, then carefully spread mixture on top of brownies, put brownies in refrigerator for 15 minutes or more.

Step Three; in a glass bowl, melt (in microwave 2-3 mins) 1 stick of butter and 2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips. Pour carefully on top of brownie mint layer and cool
