6 eggs hard boiled:
-put eggs in water bring to a boil put lid on pot and turn heat to simmer for 7 minute
-run cold water over eggs until cool then peel
1 T of mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. mustard (regular or Grey Poupon)
-paprika
-2 strips of bacon fried crisp
salt and pepper to taste

Cut eggs in half
Remove egg yolks put in a bowl and smash with a fork
Add mayo, mustard, salt and pepper
Mix together, fill white with egg yolk mixture
Put crumbled bacon on top and sprinkle with paprika
