1 cups water
2 pounds ground beef or ground turkey
2 pkg. taco seasoning
1 26oz. jars of salsa (I usually use medium opposed to mild or hot salsa)
3 cans dark kidney beans
One onion chopped
Light sour cream
Shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot add onion and Hamburg and cook on medium heat until Hamburg is thoroughly cooked. Drain excess oil and place back in pot. Add taco seasoning and water, mix well for several minutes. Add salsa and drained beans to pot. Cook on medium heat for 30-40 minutes stirring occasionally. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and add a dollop of sour cream.
