package bacon,
small onion - chopped,
half red pepper - chopped,
salt and pepper to taste,
hunk of garlic - smashed,
hunk of butter,
3 hand-fulls of hash browns,
1 cup salsa,
2 hand-fulls of grated cheese,
6 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
In a large saute pan, cook the bacon. Drain, add oil, saute onion and pepper. Add butter, hash browns, garlic, and salsa. Cook till potatoes are almost ready to eat. Add cheese and then crack eggs on top of mixture. Cover and cook eggs to your preferred taste. Serve with toast
